I have had an excellent experience with Girls of Elegance. I bought all of my bridesmaid shoes from them, and I am extremley satisfied with everything - the quality of the shoes, the excellent customer service, speed of delivery and the very reasonable prices. I was a bit worried at first about buying something for my wedding online, as I wasn't sure what to expect. However, my experience with Girls of Elegance has completley put me at ease. The lady in Customer Services replied to my emails straight away about any wee queries I had, and she was really helpful throughout my order. I have always had difficulty getting shoes that fitted and didn’t look frumpy so when I decided to marry the love of my life my main concerns was getting the dress and the shoes! I trawled around the shops for months to no avail until I heard of Girls Of Elegance.
I went on the web and found the site and I was delighted! Not only were the shoes fashionable, modern and beautiful but came in wide and larger size shoes (I have a size 10 wide pair for my wedding). I ordered a wide in a 9 but it didn’t quite fit. I had a fitting booked and I just had to have the shoes for it. I called the customer care line and I was helped tremendously by a very friendly very helpful lady from Girls of elegance who sent me a new larger pair that day. The new pair arrived by 9:30am the following day and are not only beautiful but fit perfectly. I have recommended this site to all my friends and I will continue to do so. I had great customer service and now have the perfect pair of shoes for my perfect day – thank you girls of elegance and well done!!

Less that 2 weeks until my best friends wedding we had been notified that our bridesmaid dresses would not be arriving. As you can imagine a wedding is stressful enough, without the added pressure that the bridesmaid dresses were not arriving.
After trying almost every shop around the country and not 1 being able to deliver on time we came across Girls of Elegance. It was late and night so I sent a email asking of they were able to help. After about 20 minutes I received an email back from Sarah to advise that they were expecting a large delivery and therefore they were very confident they were able to supply the 3 dresses we needed.
To her promise as soon as the delivery arrivied a day or so later, Sarah allocated her stock and contacted me to advise that she had the 3 dresses. That evening I drove the 5 hr round trip to collect the dresses and Sarah kindly stayed open to allow me to do this. The Customer service is 2nd to none and I will have no issue in using your service again.

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service and product I have received from Girls of Elegance and I can honest say that Sarah (Mrs Austin) was the star behind it. I had a bit of a crisis regarding one of my bridesmaids and I turned to Sarah via her forum for help and she did just that and more. She advised I order two dresses due to the urgency of my situation and return the one that did not fit for a full refund. I did just that! Fortunately, the one that was delivered to me first was perfect for my bridesmaid. Sarah refunded me for the second dress straight away.
It is rare to see a company who offer so much help and advice on top of efficiency and competence, so I will definitely recommend Girls of Elegance and use them again.

I have to say how impressed I am with your company, the quality of the shoes and the standard of the dyeing are both excellent as is the customer services department.
I returned the shoes for dyeing and received a friendly phone call to notify me that the shoes have arrived safely. I then contacted you regarding the refund owed to me for a particular pair of shoes that were no longer requiredm again a friendly and helpful voice at the other end who followed the enquiry up and sorted the refund out.

I bought two pairs of shoes (Sugarplum) from Girls of Elegance for two of my flowergirls because I wasnt sure which sizes to buy them. I received excellent customer service from start to finish including receiving a refund for the second pairs which were returned.

From the Girls of Elegance site I have purchased 3 Baby Pink prom style dresses for my bridesmaids and they are absolutley gorgeous!
I fell in love with them as soon as i saw them on the website..they were exactly what i was looking for & they are even better in real life (and lots cheaper than what i had budgeted for) luckily my bridesmaids love them too & cannot wait to wear them.
I also have ordered the Amber wedding shoes which are perfect & exactly what i wanted (although i ordered another pair to compare he two!) and i cant wait to wear them on my big day!
i can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for Mrs Austin (Sarah) the service is fantastic & the delivery was super quick & prices are extremly reasonable! i would 100% recommend Girls of Elegance to anyone (and have been to anyone who will listen to my wedding talk!)
