I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service and product I have received from Girls of Elegance and I can honest say that Sarah (Mrs Austin) was the star behind it. I had a bit of a crisis regarding one of my bridesmaids and I turned to Sarah via her forum for help and she did just that and more. She advised I order two dresses due to the urgency of my situation and return the one that did not fit for a full refund. I did just that! Fortunately, the one that was delivered to me first was perfect for my bridesmaid. Sarah refunded me for the second dress straight away.

It is rare to see a company who offer so much help and advice on top of efficiency and competence, so I will definitely recommend Girls of Elegance and use them again.

I have to say how impressed I am with your company, the quality of the shoes and the standard of the dyeing are both excellent as is the customer services department.

I returned the shoes for dyeing and received a friendly phone call to notify me that the shoes have arrived safely. I then contacted you regarding the refund owed to me for a particular pair of shoes that were no longer requiredm again a friendly and helpful voice at the other end who followed the enquiry up and sorted the refund out.

From the Girls of Elegance site I have purchased 3 Baby Pink prom style dresses for my bridesmaids and they are absolutley gorgeous!

I fell in love with them as soon as i saw them on the website..they were exactly what i was looking for & they are even better in real life (and lots cheaper than what i had budgeted for) luckily my bridesmaids love them too & cannot wait to wear them.

I also have ordered the Amber wedding shoes which are perfect & exactly what i wanted (although i ordered another pair to compare he two!) and i cant wait to wear them on my big day!

i can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for Mrs Austin (Sarah) the service is fantastic & the delivery was super quick & prices are extremly reasonable! i would 100% recommend Girls of Elegance to anyone (and have been to anyone who will listen to my wedding talk!)

Girls of Elegance have been aboslutely fantastic. I ordered my shoes via Mrs Harvey on Monday and already they are here with me right by my side and are absolutely perfect.

They arrived yesterday as promised which is amazing considering most of the shops i went into said the same pair of shoes would take 8 weeks to come in and the shops were much more expensive!

I would just like to let you know that I purchased the Dolly shoes for my wedding on 09/09/06 and they were so so so comfortable.  I did not have the opportunity to break them in as I had to buy them the week of the wedding.  They arrived the day before and I placed a shoe stretcher in overnight and it was like wearing slippers all day.

  Your service was so prompt and you have a good range of choice, as I needed a shoe with a low heel because of the length of my dress. I had searched other websites, but many didn't have a low heel shoe.

The size 9 replacement pair of shoes was delivered to my work address on 27^th February. I am so pleased with them. They are beautiful. I will have to wear them in a little bit before the big day, but they are going to look a treat. Being 6 foot 3 anyway, I cant really afford to wear high heels on my wedding day.

The service that I received from you was absolutely brilliant. You really do know the meaning of customer service, unlike many other companies today. All the staff that I spoke to were very polite and the idea of the web forum chat facility is really helpful.

I have received the wedding shoes that I ordered over a bank holiday within 5 working days and I am just thrilled by them.  I didn't know of this website and had the misfortune of ordering from another company and their customer service was terrible. 

As a consequence I needed to buy a different pair and am so pleased with the ones I ordered from Girls of Elegance.  If only I knew of this company I would have saved myself some money.
