April 2008- Maddie Luckhurst wrote about Overbust Corset I would like to thank you for the prompt service as the corset I sent for has now arrived. Your website was really helpful with excellent fitting advice, so much so that the Corset fits! Of course the back lacing makes it perfectly adjustable so that I could let it out around the bust and hips and pull it in to emphasise my waste. It looks as perfect as it could under my special dress and I'm so pleased that I can wear the dress I want to for my wedding, I was beginning to wonder if I would have to change it for another! I had a bit of a crisis regarding one of my bridesmaids and I turned to Sarah via her forum for help and she did just that and more. She advised I order two dresses due to the urgency of my situation and return the one that did not fit for a full refund. I did just that! Fortunately, the one that was delivered to me first was perfect for my bridesmaid. Sarah refunded me for the second dress straight away. It is rare to see a company who offer so much help and advice on top of efficiency and competence, so I will definitely recommend Girls of Elegance and use them again. Sarah has saved my wedding photos and for that I am extremely thankful! .

I have to say how impressed I am with your company, the quality of the shoes and the standard of the dyeing are both excellent as is the customer services department. I returned the shoes for dyeing and received a friendly phone call to notify me that the shoes have arrived safely. I then contacted you regarding the refund owed to me for a particular pair of shoes that were no longer requiredm again a friendly and helpful voice at the other end who followed the enquiry up and sorted the refund out. December 2007 - Anna wrote about Dawn Bridal Shoes.... I won the bridezilla competition and choose the Dawn shoes. .. Recieved today and they are fantastic, with beautiful detail...very much like a pair I saw for triple the price elsewhere! The shoes fitted perfectly and are very comfortable (comfort being important on my big day!) I bought two pairs of shoes (Sugarplum) from Girls of Elegance for two of my flowergirls because I wasnt sure which sizes to buy them. I received excellent customer service from start to finish including receiving a refund for the second pairs which were returned. I would higly recommend Girls of Elegance to anyone.

From the Girls of Elegance site i have purchased 3 Baby Pink Prom style dresses for my bridesmaids and they are absolutley gorgeous! i fell in love with them as soon as i saw them on the website..they were exactly what i was looking for & they are even better in real life (and lots cheeper than what i had budgeted for) luckily my bridesmaids love them too & cannot wait to wear them. i had a little trouble with the sizes but was able to order to try on & send back the unwanted one. i also have ordered the Amber wedding shoes which are perfect & exactly what i wanted (although i ordered another pair to compare he two!) and i cant wait to wear them on my big day! i can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for Mrs Austin (Sarah) the service is fantastic & the delivery was super quick & prices are extremly reasonable! i would 100% reccomend Girls of Elegance to anyone (and have been to anyone who will listen to my wedding talk!) February 2007 - Philippa Tisdall wrote about Rose Detailed Dress ...... I'd like to say all the dresses are perfect for bridesmaids and evening wear. The material is silky and very fine. The girls say they are really comfortable to wear, which is the main thing! Although I've chosen them as bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, I would also wear them (any colour!) as an evening dress for a wedding or party. Price-wise, very reasonable. Service is also really quick and efficient. The burgundy is lovely.

I ordered my shoes via Mrs Ausitn on Monday and already they are here with me right by my side and are absolutely perfect. They arrived yesterday as promised which is amazing considering most of the shops i went into said the same pair of shoes would take 8 weeks to come in and the shops were much more expensive! Mrs austin went out of her way to ensure that they would arrive on a specific day, when someone would be in, and they arrived with the postie so no waiting around for delivery.

I did not have the opportunity to break them in as I had to buy them the week of the wedding. They arrived the day before and I placed a shoe stretcher in overnight and it was like wearing slippers all day. Your service was so prompt and you have a good range of choice, as I needed a shoe with a low heel because of the length of my dress. I had searched other websites, but many didn't have a low heel shoe. Finally, thank you for helping me enjoy my day, as I was expecting a pair of new shoes not previously worn to give me sore feet, but I had no such discomfort.
