Returns Policy

Girls Of Elegance are committed to your complete satisfaction, so if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided the following steps are taken:-

EXCHANGES, Girls Of Elegance will NOT CHARGE an additional delivery charge for exchanged items.

For Exchanges or Refunds, please send written notice to us no later than 14 (fourteen) working days following the day that the goods were received. By post to the address at the bottom of the page or by email returns@girlsofelegance.co.uk.

Please note: For Bridesmaids Dresses, this will be extended to 28 days to enable you to arrange for the bridesmaids to get together for fitting purposes, we will then exchange any necessary sizes as per your instructions. However for returns if you simply do not require the item must be completed within the 14 working days deadline.

Please provide your order number, name, and address, and reason for the exchange or return. Please do not send items back without this information enclosed as this will delay the processing of your refund or exchange

PLEASE ENSURE A COPY OF YOUR E-MAIL INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS WITHIN THE PACKAGE, ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN ENTER A NOTE INSIDE.

Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 14 WORKING DAYS from when the goods were received. Any items that are returned with markings resulting in the garment being unresellable, a credit will not be issued and the garment returned to you.

We advise you return the items by Royal Mail Recorded delivery which insures you for £30.00 in the event of items being missing or lost.

For items valued over £30.00 in value, please return them Special Delivery for Insurance Purposes. or any another means that requires a signature at our end.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days from the date we receive your goods back for your refund to be completed and then a further 3 working days for this to appear on your account.. As we are constantly dealing with enquiries and sales, we will not answer e-mails regarding refunds unless that maximum time has passed.

Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us) to retain possession of them and take reasonable care of them.

When you return your order the goods must be returned to us at your cost, however we will not charge an additional delivery cost for exchanges of our items, this can be for any other product or size.

We will not accept returns of which are designed to be worn next to the skin if it appears that they have been tried on directly against the skin..

(Please note: We will not be responsible for any missing items that are returned to us - no refunds will be given unless we receive the goods safely, with the necessary documentation and within our deadline under any circumstances!).
